CONDO DOC’s are intended to be passed from owner to owner. If the Condo Doc’s need to be re-issued, there is a $45.00 fee.

 

When you have CLOSED the sale of a unit, YOU MUST collect from the seller and give to the buyer all keys, mail keys, fobs, transponders, etc. Likewise, you must provide a renter with all necessary keys fobs, transponders, etc.
