The Point of Americas II building has an East tower and a West tower. Each tower is serviced by 2 elevators plus a service elevator. Access to each tower is available through the lobby or mezzanine levels of the building.

 

Each residential floor of each tower has 5 condominium units. Units 1-5 are in the West tower and Units 6-10 are in the East tower. Units 1 and 9 are mirror images of each other. Units 2 and 10 are mirror images of each other. Units 3 and 7 are mirror images of each other. Units 4 and 8 are mirror images of each other. And, units 5 and 6 are mirror images of each other. In all other respects units 1 and 9; units 2 and 10; units 3 and 7; units 4 and 8; and units 5 and 6 are identical in size and configuration.

 

The 9 and 10 units and the 1 and 2 units are on the East and West end of the building respectively. Several of these units have been combined to create a 3600 square foot unit with exceptional views.
