Sky Club / Pool Table
Unique to Park Mansion is our outstanding Sky Club at the top of the building. Our common room provides unobstructed skyline views that must be seen to be believed. Through the floor to ceiling windows you can see attractions such as the CN Tower, Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment (the night time view is second to none). Tastefully decorated and well appointed the Sky Club is available for parties and other events. Can you think of a better place to play a friendly game of pool than the 38th floor with a view of the city? Come socialize with other residents while showing off you skills with a pool cue.

After a long day at work you can come have a dip in the pool then have a relaxing moment in the hot tub or one of our two dry saunas. We also have a sun bathing deck to help you keep that summer glow
We offer a two level exercise room with five (5) treadmills, multiple exercise bikes, a stair climber and a universal weight machine. Is squash your exercise of choice? It's a great way to keep in shape and we have a squash court for your use. The squash court also doubles as a group yoga area where classes for residents are held throughout the year.

Rear Garden / BBQ Area
Park Mansion takes great pride in the picturesque garden area we have created for our residents. The combination of beautiful flowers, lush greenery, and mature trees make our rear garden a unique and quiet oasis for peaceful outdoor relaxation.
Like to BBQ? Park Mansion residents certainly do. We have a lovely private BBQ area with four Weber BBQ's, gazebo, picnic tables, and resting benches, surrounded by trees and flowers. Enjoy outdoor eating with fellow residents throughout the summer.
